Racking System,
Racking system for AS/RS consists of two models; pallet rack system and cantilever rack system, 1. All the steel structure uses high quality steel for storage rack, and large size of upright posts. Mostly 120*95*2.5mm uprights are used for AS/RS
2. 75mm hole pitch and beam levels can be adjusted with 75mm freely
3. Row spacers, corridor beams and high quality & strength anchor bolts are used to make the whole structure stable and reliable
4. High quality of ground structure makes it safe to operate
Stacking System
Stacking system for AS/RS consists of Stacker crane and control system.
Control system:
1. Operation control mode: Computer monitoring & controlling system and PLC detecting system to get automatic control system achieved
2. Operate mode: online automatic mode, semi-automatic mode, manual mode and maintenance mode.
3. Automatic addressing mode: Laser-measuring addressing, rolling addressing, barcode addressing
